Lil Wayne was reportedly released from the Rikers Island prison facility after serving eight months of a year-long sentence for attempted gun possession. Though a guard told MTV News early Thursday morning that he had to wait due to "miscalculated" time. at 8:35 a.m. a spokesperson at Rikers confirmed that Wayne had been discharged.

The verdict? The judge sided with Tila after the dude tried to file an order against her last month claiming that Ms. Tequila paid armed men to kidnap his girlfriend and fly her to L.A.!  Unfortunately for Gary, his girlfriend denied the allegations and so did Tila. WIKILEAKS EDITOR NOW ON THE 'MOST WANTED' LIST!??

That's right. If America can't get him to stop Wiki Leaks, we'll just have to catch him in his personal life... Interpol has issued an arrest warrant for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange on sex charges. He is suspected of rape, sexual molestation and unlawful coercion stemming from two separate encounters with women during an August visit to Sweden. Assange has denied the allegations, insisting the sex was consensual. The warrant comes two days after his whistle-blowing Web site's latest release of confidential U.S. documents. A police report obtained by the Associated Press shows both women met Assange at a seminar he gave in Stockholm on August 14th. The report shows the women filed their complaints together six days later. Assange's lawyer Mark Stephens said both women have declared they had "consensual sexual relations" with Assange.
